Admin Officer

Position: Admin Officer
Project: USTP – Digital IC Design and Verification
Project Duration: 4 Months

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin Officer to support the implementation of the USTP Digital IC Design and Verification Project. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, logistics management, and organizing corporate-level events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate project activities and ensure smooth implementation of project tasks.
2. Manage logistics, scheduling, and operational arrangements for project events, workshops, and trainings.
3. Liaise with stakeholders, participants, trainers, and partner organizations.
4. Maintain project documentation, records, and progress reports.
5. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate-level events and meetings.
6. Monitor timelines and support the project team in achieving project objectives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Management Sciences or a related field.
2. Demonstrated experience in project coordination, logistics management, and event organization.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.

Duration: 4 Months (Contract-Based)
