Job Responsibilities:

Manage and disseminate information to internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee administrative activities within the department.
Handle external and internal communications effectively.
Maintain and update records, databases, and information systems.
Assist in organizing departmental events and activities.
Provide administrative support to faculty and administrative staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, databases).
Ability to proactively learn new skills.
0 to 2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Other Details:

Location: Block A, Sector B-17 Islamabad.
Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Compensation: Market competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
