Master of Business Administration (MBA) 2 Years

A master of business administration (MBA) is a graduate degree that provides theoretical and practical training for business or investment management. An MBA is designed to help graduates gain a better understanding of general business management functions.

Program Duration

Minimum: 1.5 years (For students with business background/related disciplines)
Minimum: 2 years (For students with non-business background)
Maximum: 3.5 years (extendable to 6 months) (Total 4 Years)

Degree Requirements

For the award of MBA degree, a student must have :
Completed 60 credits hours of course work with minimum 2.5 CGPA and 6 credits hours of Project.

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program offers advanced education in management and leadership, combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills to prepare students for senior management roles. With a focus on strategic thinking, innovation, and global perspective, the program equips graduates with the tools and expertise needed to excel in today’s dynamic business environment.

Duration of the Program

The MBA at SSCASEIT is a degree program which comprises of 60 credit hours for those with 16 years of education. The minimum duration for completing the FAST MBA degree is 1 ½ years, only applicable for those who have a first degree in business or related disciplines, and secure an exemption of 30 credit hours.

Exemption of Courses:
Graduates with business degrees, equivalent to 16 years of education, such as Bachelors of Business Administration, BS Accounting and Finance, Masters in Commerce etc. may get up to 30 credit hours of exemptions, as permitted by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.

Entry / Admission Requirement of the Program

  1. The candidate must have a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 2.00/4.00 or 55% aggregate marks in B.Sc. /B.E Engineering, B.Sc. Agriculture, L.L.B, M.B.B.S or Master’s Degree in any Discipline (sixteen years of schooling or 4-year education after FSc), recognized by HEC.
  2. GAT (Gen) or SS CASE IT MBA Admission Test (passed with minimum 50% marks) required for admission in the MBA Program.
  3. All candidates must complete any other requirement of HEC and SS CASE IT for admission.
