Ms. Virda Anam is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Management Sciences at Sir Syed CASE Institute of Technology, Islamabad. She holds an MS degree in Management Sciences from COMSATS University Islamabad (2016) and a BBA in Human Resource Management from the National University of Modern Languages (2014). Her teaching expertise includes courses such as Entrepreneurship, Research Methods, Project Management, Microeconomics, Performance Management, and Business Analytics. Her research interests focus on HR practices, open innovation, green practices, and generational differences in the workplace. She has published research in the Journal of Workplace Behavior on topics such as work-life balance, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction in the banking sector of Pakistan. Ms. Virda Anam has also presented her work at the 2nd International Conference of Social Sciences organized by Rawalpindi Women University in 2023.
