Mr. Imtiaz Ali Soomro received MS-EE in Telecom and Networking from COMSAT University; Islamabad, BE from Hamdard University Karachi Islamabad Campus. He is doing PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering with specialization in Cybersecurity from Sir Syed CASE Institute of Technology Islamabad.
He is working as a Senior Lecturer at Sir Syed CASE Institute of Technology, Islamabad. He has 6 years of total teaching and research experience at the university level and 3 years of industrial (Network Engineer) experience. His main research interests include IoT security, software-defined networking, machine learning with specific in DoS, DDoS attacks, intrusion and anomaly detection.
