Zain ul Abedin Butt is our alumni of Batch 2005 from the ECE Department, SS-CASE-IT, Pakistan. Later on pursued his postgraduate studies in Communication and Networks Security from Carinthia University of Applied Sciences, Austria.

Zain joined Intel Security in 2016 which became McAfee Security Solutions after the third quarter of 2017. He worked in Intel Security for 3 years as Technical Support Engineer. Recently he joined another big name “Schwarz IT KG” in Germany which is responsible for providing IT Security Infrastructure and services to Lidl and Kaufland stores all over the world. Since beginning of 2020 he is working as Professional Security Engineer in Schwarz IT KG.

Intel Security NPS and CSAT Reward: Help the Plano Team in US to Stand on their own Feet. One of key resource who was mainly contributor in raising NPS (Net Promotor Score) and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) from poor to very good in first quarter of 2017.
