Winner of SAUVC 2017, Singapore Winner of multiple National Robotics Competitions
Haider Iftikhar is our alumni of Batch 2013 from the ECE Department, SS-CASE-IT, Pakistan. Later, pursued his postgraduate studies in Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) from University of Applied Sciences Emden-Leer, Germany.
Haider is currently employed as an “Embedded Firmware Developer” at Engelmann Sensor GmbH since February 2020. Engelmann Sensors GmbH is one of the leading manufacturers of heat/cold/water meters in Germany.
Recent Awards and Achievements
Winner of Singapore Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Competition (SAUVC), 2017: Haider was the team lead and the lead embedded firmware developer for the project. This was the first time that any Pakistani team had participated in this prestigious event. Fourteen teams from eight countries including USA, China, India, Russia, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore participated in the event.Pakistani Team apart from sharing top position with Russia also bagged Best Social media Campaign Award.
Represented Pakistan in ABU Robocon Thailand, 2016: Haider was part of the team that represented Pakistan in ABU Robocon 2016 in Thailand. He was responsible for embedded firmware for this project.
National Robotics Competitions 2015-2016: Haider along with his team has managed to win multiple national robotics competitions held at Iqra University (2015), Bahria University (2016) and Head Start School (2016).
