Salwa Aftab holds an MS in Human Resource Management from the National University of Sciences & Technology (2021) and a BBA in Human Resource Management from FAST University (2017), where she earned a Gold Medal. She has served as Assistant Manager HR in a Public Sector Organization from 2020 to 2023 and, since February 2024, has been working as a Lecturer at CASE University. Passionate about teaching and student development, she has taught a wide range of courses including International Business Management, Business Ethics, Sociology, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Principles of Management, Research Methods, Psychology, Leadership & Team Management, and Strategic Management. She has also been recognized with prestigious accolades, including 1st Position as a Certified Human Resource Professional from PIQC Lahore and 2nd Position in her MS program at NUST.
