Muhammad Arslan Tayyab
Muhammad Arslan Tayyab is our alumni of Batch 2005 from the ECE Department, SS-CASE-IT (former CASE), Pakistan. Later, he received his MSEE in Power Systems in 2014 from California State University Sacramento, California, USA.
Muhammad Arslan Tayyab is our alumni of Batch 2005 from the ECE Department, SS-CASE-IT (former CASE), Pakistan. Later, he received his MSEE in Power Systems in 2014 from California State University Sacramento, California, USA. He worked as a researcher during his postgraduate studies and published an IEEE paper on distributed generation. He is currently pursuing his doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering Power Systems from Auburn University, Alabama, USA.
Arslan is associated with Western Area Power Administration, United States Department of Energy since 2015. Initially, worked as a Power System Protection Engineer for 3.5 years where he designed and commissioned new substations. He now works as Transmission Planning Engineer and mainly performs system impact studies for future integration of additional generation and loads to meet load growth, system performance criteria and reliability standards.
