Fee Refund Policy for New Students

Fee will be refunded to the students who desire to withdraw/discontinue/migrate the studies according to the following rules:

  1. Fee refund will be considered, ONLY if FULL fee has been paid.
  2. Admission fee shall not be refunded in any case.

Students who are given provisional admission while waiting for the results of exams, will be refunded less admission fee if they subsequently fail to qualify and do not meet prerequisites for admission. If the students, who have been newly admitted and want to cancel their admission by the admission withdrawal date (which is usually 2-3 weeks before the commencements of the classes and announced at the time of admission) will be refunded the fee less the admission fee. If application of admission cancellation is submitted after admission withdrawal date the fee shall be refunded according to the following rules:

  1. Security deposit + 100% of tuition fee, if applied till end of 1st week of commencement of classes.
  2. Security deposit and 50% of tuition fee, if applied till end of 2nd week of commencement of classes.
  3. No fee (except securities) shall be refunded if admission is withdrawn after second week of commencement of classes

Financial Aid (For Undergraduate only)

Students facing financial challenges are provided Need based Financial Aid to partially cover the tuition fee. The Student has to maintain certain level of Semester and Cumulative Grades (SGPA & CGPA) to continue the financial Aid.
  1. Student must submit duly filled Financial Aid form to the Student Affairs Department at the time of semester registration.
  2. Financial Aid Committee meets in the beginning of each semester to decide about such applications.

Kinship Fee Concession

Kinship Fee Concession is awarded to students having more than one siblings studying at SS-CASE-IT. The fee Concession varies between 25% - 35% of the semester fee of one sibling depending on certain conditions.

SS-CASE-IT provides scholarship to those students whose academic performance is very good during semester. Students with family financial crisis, SS-CASE-IT provide them financial aid in terms of the discount in their fee. In last 5 years, CASE has distributed Rs 45 million among such students.

1st Semester: The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of previously earned highest degree (16 year education) secured by the applicant.

  1. The above scheme will be applicable to the MS students admitted in Fall 2021 intake or afterwards, for two years starting from their respective Intake Session.

  2. Students who are involved in any disciplinary matter will be permanently disqualified from the subject scholarship.

  3. The student must take two or more courses in each semester to avail this scholarship.

  4. Student receiving any scholarship/financial support from any other source/organization will not be eligible for subject scholarship.

  5. The students availing scholarship will be required to render research assistance ship with MS Supervisors to the department as and when required by the department.

Intake of Fall 2021 and onwards is hereby notified with following terms and conditions:
1st Semester: The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of previously earned highest degree secured by the applicant.

  3. Reward on additional publications will be awarded during 6 years starting from their respective intake session

  4. Students who are involved in any disciplinary matter will be permanently disqualified from the subject scholarship.

  5. Student receiving any scholarship/financial support from any other source/organization will not be eligible for subject scholarship.
