Undergraduate(Bachelors) Admissions
1. B.Sc. Electrical Engineering
 
Accredited by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
 
Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have passed the Intermediate (Pre-Engineering) Examination with Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics with at least 60% marks from a Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education of Pakistan or an equivalent examination recognized by HEC. Rounding off percentage figure to make if 60% will not be considered towards eligibility. This criterion is in-line with the guidelines from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Those applicants whose FSc, A' Level, High School Diploma of relevant technology have not yet been completed and are expecting their final result in July/August will be considered for provisional admission, and conditional offers will be made to successful applicants based on their academic performance of eleven years of education.

Equivalent Examinations:

The following examinations are considered equivalent (for admission) to the HSSC (Pre-Engineering) Examination with Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics of the Pakistani Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education:

  1. HSSC (Pre-Engineering) Examination of the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Azad Kashmir.
  2. HSSC (Pre-Medical) with Mathematics as an additional subject
  3. Cambridge Overseas Higher School Certificate Advanced Level (with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics).
  4. British General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
  5. American High School Graduation Diploma (HSG Diploma)
  6. Any foreign equivalent certificate or Diploma accepted by IBCC(Inter Board Chairman Committee).

Note: Applicants (Sr. No 3 to 6,) are required to attach an equivalence certificate issued by IBCC

 
2. Bachelor in Business Administration
 
Eligibility Criteria
  • At least passed the HSSC (45 %) or an equivalent examination.
  • Applicants who have taken the HSSC or an equivalent examination and are awaiting result can also apply.
 
3. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
 
Accredited by National Computing Education and Accreditation Council (NCEAC)
 
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate should have passed the HSSC or equivalent examination with Mathematics and Physics / computer science / statistics as subjects with at-least 50% marks. Candidates applying on the basis of an equivalent examination will be required to get an equivalence certificate from the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), Islamabad, Pakistan. Diploma holders, DAE of relevant discipline with at least 50% marks are also eligible to apply. This criterion is in-line with the guidelines from National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC), an accreditation authority established by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) to regulate the Computer Science education in Pakistan.
