Description:
Mr. Sohaib Tallat has been working on optimizing certain Magnetic Resosnace Imaging modalities by reducing the computional time required for the postprocessing of the MR Images. Most recently he was working on the optimizations of SENSE (SENSitivity Encoding) and MRF (Magnetic Resonance Fingerprinting). He has since publised two international conference papers. His first paper was presented in the ESMRMB (Europen Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine and Biology) conference in 2016 held at Vienna, Austria. His second work was published in NVIDIA's GTC (GPU Technology Conference) held at San Jose, California, USA. Currently he is working on developing a FPGA IP core for the optimized MRF algorithm.
