Master of Business Administration
( MBA- 1.5 Years )

MBA(1.5Years) Program is designed for the students who have completed 16 years of business or relevant education such as BBA(4years), BBS(2years), B.Com(4years), MBA(16years), M.Com, ACMA, ACA and other relevant equivalent qualification.

The MBA degree holders 1.5 years will be eligible for admission to Ph.D. For all practical purposes, MBA degree is equivalent to MS degree. Our 1.5 Year MBA Program consists of 35 credit hours in line with the policy of HEC.

Mission of our MBA program is to provide students with hands-on skills required to excel in real business world. Our case study based method of teaching equips students with strong analytical, and operational skills so that they can face challenges of industry. To achieve this hallmark of excellence our faculty strives to foster creative environment by applying new research/methods in vogue.
 
Objectives
 
  • To inculcate amongst students with the business studies background an ability to critically think through practical business problems as confronted by our local industry.
  • To carve out a complete manager by giving him/her a balanced portfolio of strategic issues and their possible application in the field.
  • Groom these budding managers in the area of managerial soft skills.
 
Eligibility Criteria
 
  • This program is for candidates who have put in a minimum four years of business specific education
  • BBA (4 years), B.Com (4 years), MBA (16 Years), M.Com, ACMA, ACA and other relevant and equivalent education from a recognized university with at least50 % marks or CGPA of at least 2.5.
 
Program Selection Criteria
 
Admission on the basis of SS-CASE-IT Admission Test, 50% score is mandatory.
 
Program Degree Requirements
 
For the award of MBA degree, a student must have:
  • Completed his/her course work and Project
  • Obtained a CGPA of 2.5
  • Completed business internship of 6-8 weeks
 
Program Duration
 
  • Minimum:1.5 years (3 semesters)
  • Maximum: 3.5 years (extendable to 6 months) (Total 4 Years)
